Plain Silver jewelry :
Every SoulFetish Jewelry by Thierry Martino is crafted from the finest raw materials available and each piece is guaranteed 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship. If our products do not conform to this guarantee, SoulFetish shall repair or replace the defective products.
This one year Warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
One month guarantee does not cover and excludes:
- damage due to normal wear and tear or abuse as determined by SoulFetish workshop.
- broken or damaged stones,
- size modifications,
- new polishing,
- leather products or elements,
SoulFetish workshop reserves the right to repair or replace if the Jewelry is not covered by the guarantee conditions.
